Sunny South Raceway is a 1/4 mile aspalt oval located near Grand Bay, Alabama. Sunny South Raceway first opened as a kart racing facility in 1989. Cars started running on the 1/8 mile dirt oval in 1993, continuing through 1995. The dirt oval expanded to 1/4 mile for 1996, and was paved for 2002. Sunny South Raceway has previously operated under the names Big Oaks Speedway and J & J Speedway. |
